Mobile apps & offline data

The mobile app offers optional auto-renewing Premium subscriptions through Apple App Store on iOS and Google Play on Android. Website subscriptions use Stripe. Premium works across all platforms on the same KickViz account. The purchase screen shows price, duration and renewal terms. Manage or cancel with the original provider; deleting the app or account does not cancel store renewal.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for a KickViz account, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when registering. You may not share your account credentials with others.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

KickViz offers Free and Premium. Website subscriptions are billed through Stripe, iOS in-app subscriptions through Apple App Store, and Android in-app subscriptions through Google Play. Premium applies across platforms on the same KickViz account. The purchase screen shows the price, billing period and any offer. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled with the original provider. Access normally continues until the paid period ends; refunds, revocations and applicable consumer rights may change this. Request store refunds from Apple or Google; contact support for website billing. Deleting the app or account does not cancel store renewal.

4. Free Tier & Advertising

The Free tier includes access to all KickViz features. To support the service, the Free tier displays advertisements (served by Google AdSense) when saving or loading scenarios. Premium subscribers enjoy an ad-free experience. We may adjust ad placements in the future.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all teams, scenarios, and other content you create on KickViz. You grant KickViz a limited license to store and display your content as needed to provide the service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use KickViz for any unlawful purpose, not to upload malicious content, and not to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users' accounts.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep KickViz available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of KickViz after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
