Delete your KickViz account
Request permanent deletion of your platform account and its associated scenarios, teams, uploaded images and feedback. Deletion also removes your original shared content from the platform; it cannot recall copies that other people saved independently.
Verified deletion requests are processed within 30 days and confirmed by email. Website billing is closed during processing. Cancel App Store or Google Play renewal directly with that store; deleting your KickViz account does not cancel store billing. Payment providers may retain legally required transaction records. Contact support if you cannot access your account.
Deleting your app or KickViz account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel renewal in the original store before requesting account deletion. You can request deletion without waiting for the subscription period to end.
Deleting the platform account does not remotely erase downloaded data. To remove local mobile workspaces, remove the app and its data from each device. Signing out alone does not erase them.
