Frequently Asked Questions
Does Premium work on the website, iOS and Android?
Yes. Premium benefits apply on the website, iOS and Android when you sign in with the same KickViz account, regardless of where you subscribed. One subscription is enough; you do not need to pay separately on each platform.
Where do I subscribe, cancel or fix a payment problem?
Website purchases use Stripe. Purchases inside the iOS app use Apple App Store; purchases inside the Android app use Google Play. Manage renewals, cancellations, refunds and payment problems through the original provider shown in Account Settings. Cancelling normally stops renewal and keeps access until the paid period ends, unless the provider refunds or revokes it. Store prices and available offers may differ. In the app, Restore purchases checks purchases from that store account; use the original KickViz account.
Do I need an account to use the visualizer?
No! The 3D visualizer works immediately as a guest — no signup required.
What's the difference between Free and Premium?
Every account — Free included — has access to ALL features: teams, saving and loading scenarios, browsing public scenarios, and sharing. To support the service, the Free tier shows ads when you save or load a scenario. Premium removes all ads.
Can I share teams with assistant coaches?
Yes! Any user can share teams and scenarios with other KickViz accounts. Shared items appear in the recipient's dashboard, ready to load in the 3D visualizer.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your teams and scenarios remain yours. Save them to your account and use account sync to access them on your devices.
